stevenneo @dunz0 hmmm....dun really like their big prints after getting some tees from them. quality is not as nice compared to the rest. will not be getting more tees from them unless they manage to convince me otherwise...

dunz0 @stevenneo i haven't gotten any of their tees recently, especially with the change to non-AA. haven't seen much i liked anyway, so i guess that's okay

stevenneo @dunz0 i ordered 6 mystery tees and though i got all AA, 3 of them are Ladies size L. emailed them abt it last week and i hv not gotten a reply from them yet. combine their customer service with many complains abt shipping delays and the switch to non AA apparel, its really not enticing to returning customers...

dunz0 @stevenneo wow, that's horrible! how do you mix up mens S with womens S? they look completely different in cut! their shipping does take a very long time.

stevenneo @dunz0 i did this type of mass packing work b4 during sch holidays, so i sort of understand what they are going thru. but i would definitely appreciate some sort of reply by now.

i really hope they improve many aspects of their service. i like some of their designs and if they printed on AA again, improve their oversized design print quality, and solve their shipping probz, i will definitely consider ordering from them again.

Eden @dunz0 Totally agree with the entire thread of this conversation. They add a nice mix to the daily t-shirt community, but the customer service issues have got be resolved.

stevenneo @dunz0 yeahz...i am now startting to get pretty upset coz i had no news from them for a week with regards to my tee mix-up. its like they dun care at all. now i am moving away and i closed my bank account. if they tried to transfer the $ back or resend the tees to my old address, i am going to explode >O<

stevenneo @dunz0 latest update from my toss-up with teextile: i only got a reply from them after ~9days, and the nite b4 i leave the country for 2yrs. the reply was they will send me new tees *IF* i send them back the mistake tees.

thks for ur 'timely' reply coz i already donated them to goodwill.

thks for telling me to send the tees back to u even though it is entirely ur mistake.

thks teextile for you have juz lost a customer who can buy tons of tees from you >.<
