I finally remembered this year to get this into the hands of a printer in time for the Holidays. Printing at #teefury.com on November 28th - one day only, as usual - this design has been modified over the past 3 years or so, and is now finally getting the screenprint process (although several folks out there have an earlier version as a DTG print).
Price is $9 + 2 shipping in the US, $5+ internationally.
The artist is me, Aegis. While you can't buy it until the 28th, you can bookmark memeticdesigns.com/... and on the 28th that URL will redirect to their home page. Or, you can just set an alarm. Or cut the date into your arm. Or whatever....
